Benjamin is the head of the Mayer Law Firm. After seeing first-hand how hard and long his brother and other friends trained to become physicians, Benjamin became dedicated to seeing that employers do right by doctors and that doctors receive the fruits of their labors. He is likewise dedicated to helping whistleblowers within the medical field bring forth their claims and navigate the qui tam process. Benjamin has been admitted to the Bar in California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and New York. He graduated with his bachelor's degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, and received both his Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degrees from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. Also an expert in Constitutional law, Benjamin is the founder of The Creative Constitutionalist Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit with the mission of teaching the Constitution and civics in innovative ways. Leading the Mayer Law Firm, he enjoys getting to know his clients and tailoring his approach to their unique priorities.
